Growth EngineThe full infrastructure, plus paid traffic and search — demand pointed at a system that can hold it.
Most ad money is lost after the click, not before it.
The ad works. Someone taps it, lands on a page that doesn't answer their question or give them a way to book, and leaves. The money was spent the moment they clicked.
Boosting posts and hoping
The button is right there and it's easy to press. What it buys is reach, not customers, and there's no way to tell the difference afterwards.
Nothing tracked
Money goes out, some work comes in, and nobody can say which ad produced which job. Without that, every decision about spend is a guess.
Traffic landing nowhere
The click arrives at a homepage, or a page with no obvious next step. Paying to send people somewhere that doesn't convert is the most expensive way to run ads.
How it works
01
Pointed at something that converts
Ads go to a page built to take the click — the offer, a way to book, a reason to trust you. This is why ads work better once the rest of the system is in place.
02
Tracked end to end
Clicks are tied to leads, and leads to booked work, in the CRM. You see what a customer actually costs rather than what a click costs.
03
Adjusted on what happened
Budget moves toward what produced work and away from what didn't. Not weekly guesswork — decisions made against the numbers.
What's included
Ads are the fastest tap you can turn on, and the easiest money to waste. They need the website to land on, the receptionist to answer what they generate, and the automations to follow up — without those, you are paying to send people somewhere that drops them.
- Campaign setup and management on Meta and Google
- Audience, keyword and location targeting for your service area
- Ad creative built from your existing content
- Conversion tracking wired into the CRM
- Plain-language reporting on what produced work
- Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and Google and is separate from the management fee
Fifteen minutes tells you whether this is the piece you're missing.
We'll look at what you already have and say plainly whether this is worth doing — including when the answer is not yet.
FAQ
Paid ads management, answered
If the question you have isn't here, ask it on the call — we'd rather tell you straight than let you find out later.
Can I buy just paid ads?
Yes, and we will still ask what happens after the click. Ads bought on their own point traffic at whatever you already have, so if the page does not convert and the phone rings out, the click cost the same and bought nothing. We would rather say that before you spend than after.
Is ad spend included?
No. Ad spend goes directly to Meta or Google and is separate from what we charge to manage it. You see exactly what was spent and where.
How much should I spend?
Enough to learn something, which is usually less than people fear and more than they hope. We would rather start small and let the results decide than commit you to a number on day one.
Why won't you run ads on their own?
Because the click costs the same whether the business can catch the person or not. Pointing paid traffic at a site that collects nothing and a phone that rings out is the most expensive possible way to discover the infrastructure was the problem.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do. We work inside your accounts, so if we ever part ways the history and the audiences stay with you.
