An enquiry in four places is an enquiry in no place.
Most businesses this size run on a mix of a phone, an inbox, a notepad and memory. None of it is one system, so nothing gets handled the same way twice.
Nowhere for the lead to land
A name on a notepad, a voicemail, a message in an inbox with forty other things. If every enquiry is not in one place, some of them are not being worked at all.
Double bookings and dead slots
The calendar on your phone, the one on the wall and the one in your head disagree. Someone gets booked twice, or the day has a hole in it nobody noticed.
No idea what is actually happening
How many people got in touch last month? How many turned into work? For most businesses this size the honest answer is a guess.
How it works
01
One place, every channel
Form, call, text, message — wherever it came from, it arrives as the same kind of record with the same history attached.
02
One calendar everything writes to
The booking link on the site, the receptionist on the phone and you in person all write to the same availability, so a slot cannot be sold twice.
03
You can finally see the shape of it
How many came in, where from, and what happened to them. Not a dashboard to study — just the answer when you want it.
What's included
The CRM is the floor the rest stands on. Automations fire from it, the receptionist books into it, review requests trigger off it, and the site feeds it. Without it, every other service is holding information it has nowhere to put.
- A CRM holding every lead in one place, whatever channel it arrived through
- Full history on every contact — what they asked and when
- Calendar and booking integration running on real availability
- Pipeline stages that match how you actually work
- Set up and run for you, not handed over as homework
Fifteen minutes tells you whether this is the piece you're missing.
We'll look at what you already have and say plainly whether this is worth doing — including when the answer is not yet.
FAQ
CRM & Calendar Integrations, answered
If the question you have isn't here, ask it on the call — we'd rather tell you straight than let you find out later.
Can I buy just the CRM?
Not on its own. The CRM is sold as part of the Digital Foundation, together with the website and the follow-up automations. A CRM with nothing feeding it is an empty database, which is why the three are one package.
Do I have to learn the CRM?
No. It is set up and run for you. You can log in and look whenever you want, and most people do at the start and then stop bothering.
Can it work with the calendar I already use?
Usually, yes. Which calendar you are on is one of the first things we check, because a second calendar nobody looks at is worse than no calendar.
What happens to my existing contacts?
They come across, as long as they are in something we can export. Bringing history with you is the point — a CRM that starts empty is a CRM you will not trust.
Who owns the data?
You do. If you ever leave, you take your contacts and their history with you. We will not hold your accounts or your data hostage on the way out, and that is written into our terms.
